I received a warm and welcoming reception both when I initially stopped by to express interest and get on a waitlist, and again when I returned to pick up the watch. It really stood out to me that the level of attention and care remained just as genuine each time I visited. A special mention goes to Sonia, the sales associate who assisted me throughout the process. She was an absolute pleasure to work with—friendly, responsive, and proactive in keeping me informed. Her communication was always clear and timely, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. As a premium jeweler, the store also stood out for how well it was maintained and managed; the ambiance matched the quality of the products and service.
