They were incredibly kind, communicative, and professional. They explained the process, listened to what I wanted, and made sure everything was done just right. The turnaround time was fast, and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Concierge Jewelry.

She redesigned my grandmothers wedding set into a new engagement ring in a vintage cluster setting and created two diamond pendant necklaces from two of the remaining diamonds. She was extremely responsive, exceeded my expectations, and was better priced than other fine jewelers in the Houston area.....not to mention the turn around time....2 weeks! She created a life long relationship from my experience and a loyal customer! Will definitely be going back for all of my jewelry purchases and services in the future!

I first contacted Rose, who made the arrangements for my consultation with Nichole, and she was incredibly friendly via WhatsApp and answered any questions that I had. My in-person consultation and pickup were done with Nichole, who had a great, positive attitude and was very friendly. She understood the sentimental value of the piece I was having worked on and was very helpful in letting me know what alternatives could be done if for some reason the ring adjustment could not be performed. The price was very appropriate, at $150 for the resizing and polishing. I have every intention of using them in the future for my jewelry needs.
