5 /5 Kim Wood: We were in Corpus for the weekend when we decided to stop in Samuels to take a look. We wanted to originally upgrade our wedding set but but when I saw these two rings that were just so beautiful…my husband talked me into them. When we got to the hotel after our purchase I noticed that I did not receive the certificate for one of the rings. The owner and Sayed said they would look for it and get it to us. My husband and I needed to return back home and said we could come back for it . After some exchanges in texts and calls we went back down the following weekend. The owner went out of his way and even brought in some additional diamonds for me to look at. I ended up switching out the original diamond I. The ring with a better diamond and was very happy. Both gentleman were very polite and respectable. My husband and I were very appreciative of their efforts and the quality of care we received. We will most definitely be back.

The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. They do not push for a sale, they are all about customer needs and wants! You will not be disappointed when you come here and you will walk out with beautiful jewelry! Ask for Mindy- she is amazing!

1 /5 Laila Navarro: I was sold a silver diamond ring in 2018 during a store closing event. Samuels advertised all over their doors that their store was closing and they were having a massive sale on all of their jewelry. The salesman behind the counter sold me a silver diamond ring that he said retailed for $800 but was on sale at a very generous discount that was dropped to $100 due to the store closing. At the time I thought it was an amazing deal and bought the ring. It was given in a generic box with no paperwork to go along with it to prove its authenticity. Yesterday I went to try and sell this exact ring as I need a little extra money for the Christmas season. I was told that the ring is coming up negative for silver or diamonds and that they were not interested. Six years later I am left to wonder what happened at that store closing event, what exactly I was sold, and if the event was a scam to begin with because the store is still open to this day.

We felt so welcomed and he made us feel so comfortable. He really took the time to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting. He explained the differences in clarity and the color grade.
