My family and I walked in with a clear idea of what we were looking for, but as we don’t live near a Tiffany’s, I had spent a significant amount of time online shopping. I knew I needed to see the items in person before making a purchase. From the moment we entered the store, we were greeted with kindness and warmth. Associate Amy was absolutely wonderful! She took the time to thoroughly go over everything with both me and my child, making sure we felt comfortable and informed about our choices. Her patience and attention to detail were truly beyond expectations. Amy’s knowledge of the products and her genuine enthusiasm made our visit not just a shopping trip but a memorable experience. It’s not often you find such exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond, especially in a luxury retail setting. They also restrung a unique Native American crafted necklace that belonged to my father. Jason and Nichole are so kind and accommodating. This is a multi-generational family owned jeweler and I’m so happy to have found them. This is the kind of business that makes San Antonio special.

JE Always a pleasant experience. In the past, I’ve had jewelry cleaned there, and most recently I got my watch fitted and a battery installed. The jeweler was very patient as we went back and forth on the perfect fit, and the salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable. And it’s always fun to see Tucker the cat. Dax Havrilak Right up front with the prettiest jewelery and shiny rocks. A preferred gift shop for the fancy pieces of Renaissance Faire jewelry. The owner also has an auto-clave or tumbler for rocks and polishes metal for a fair price. Get a coffee or tea from next door and sit down while she takes care of your kit.

Dr. Julie Hollingsworth Ginger has the most beautiful things, something for everyone. I have always enjoyed her shop and booths at the HLSR!

Wendy Norman I love Segner’s Jewelers in Bee Cave, Tx. I left my wedding ring and another ring to put ring guards on because they are so loose on my fingers. They were only $18! They worked with me and were able to pick them up on July 3rd! They fit great now!

Trudy Heywood I dont know who the brain child was who designed the checkouts at the doors. Long lines on both sides. Had to wait about 20 minutes. I bought grommet top curtains. They have $20 dollar packaged pairs but they come in 84" long only. These worked on one window. The other window I had to buy 96" long which are too long, come in panels only, $40 each, but they are ok.
