Bruce Patulski We had such a GREAT experience!!! All the credit goes to the AMAZING ladies (Jennifer & Maria) who did the piercing for our little angel!!! I was very hesitant to let our daughter get her ears pierced (crazy DAD syndrome lol), but I researched & found that Banter had phenomenal reviews & I can honestly say that they are rightfully deserved!!! The ladies made our little munchkin feel so comfortable & the they did a very professional job!!! She has been showing-off her earrings since she had them done.....we cannot wait for the follow-up visit to thank yall again!!! I would recommend Banter to anyone looking to have a piercing done....especially a first-timer like us!!!

Jennifer Marsh There are not enough words to say HOW WONDERFUL JEWEL GALLERY IS! I took in 6 rings to be worked on, and five are antiques. The rings turned out absolutely Beautiful! Everyone that works there is not only kind but so professional! I highly recommend Jewel Gallery!!!

If your looking for that special something for the Veteran in your life or your a veteran and wanting to put together a shadow box. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I cant stress enough how amazing these people are. I am building a memorium for my wifes grandfathers 5 kidsafyer his passing. The flag and shell casings from the 21 gun salute from the service went to their step mother so they didnt receive anything. The amazing people and shields of strength were so understanding of what I was trying to do and helped me find the perfect items to go with each flag. Jenni Romano I was very hesitant to use American Blue Diamonds after reading the reviews online, but I am so glad I didnt let all of the negative reviews sway my initial judgement! Linh was absolutely fantastic. She communicated with me during the entire custom order process, with almost instantaneous updates when I asked for them. My ring arrived today and it is absolutely stunning! She was also able to negotiate the price of the ring, and I know after shopping around, that Linh gave me a fantastic price. When the ring designer messed up my order, Linh was quick to apologize for their mistake and even sent me a lovely gift from American Blue Diamonds, even though it was not their error. I would highly recommend Linh and American Blue Diamonds. I truly had an exceptional customer service experience with them!

Laura V When my fiance and I were looking at engagement rings (this is a LONG overdue post and I hope they will forgive me), our family jeweler was out of what we were both wanting to spend. After hours of research online and calling jewelers (I didnt want the center stone to be a diamond, and apparently thats harder to cater to), I found Brett. Not only does he work in precious stones and metals, he also works very heavily with semiprecious stones. He called me when stones were in for me to look through and see what I liked. He was insanely customer-oriented despite the lower price tag of the purchase. I love the work he did and I absolutely ADORE my ring. We are having him do my wedding band to match, and we have trusted him (without fail) to fix heirloom jewelry. Thank you for taking the time to walk us through such an important and meaningful purchase. Thank you for making all of your customers feel welcomed regardless of what theyre buying. In this day and age, that kind of customer service is rare. I truly thank you for working with us and our budget!
