Their permanent jewelry options are just as fantastic, and I’m obsessed with their charm bar, not only for your body but even for your shoes. Such a fun and creative touch. They also pierced my daughter’s cartilage and were incredibly clean, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. It gave me so much peace of mind as a parent. You can truly tell they care about their craft and their clients. Best people ever. I highly recommend Zap & Soul for all your jewelry needs and fun, personalized touches.

5 /5 Rin Wolford: This business, its amazing. The aesthetic, the jewelry, the piercings their policy on getting the jewelry fixed or adjusted all ten out of ten. This is absolutely my favorite place to go. I have several pieces myself permanent bracelets for both my children and am always looking for an excuse to go back.

5 /5 Abraham Valdez: This place is a gem and unlikely any place else in Lubbock! I went in based on a recommendation from a friend and Patrick, Pamela, and Alyssa were all incredibly helpful! They were very busy but they treated me like I was their most important customer and I could tell they truly valueed my business! The area they did my piercing in was extremely clean and comfortable so it made the experience relaxing for me! They have a huge selection of jewelry that I’m sure anybody could find something they love. I will definitely be returning to Zap + Soul!
