I dropped off a bracelet on a Monday and was told It would be ready by Wednesday, 3 weeks later I went to picked it up because: “it wasn’t ready, he forgot, he was out of town” excuse after excuse. Anyways, when I got there the lady showed it to me and it looked fine from far away I trusted them the bracelet was fixed. A few weeks later when I was going to wear my bracelet I realized it wasn’t fixed, totally my fault for not checking closely right then, lesson learned!!..Hope they enjoyed the $ I was charged. I just decided I didn’t want to deal with them anymore and took it to Occasions Fine Jewelry they fixed it for me really fast, with better customer service and for less amount of money!!
