Brian Gonzales The owner john showed much compassion for my mom when she went to purchased a bell regarding losing our father as of recent. She found the perfect bell to describe the situation. When she went to checkout, john insisted that she pay for the bell and refunded the money. He was so emotional about the loss and continued to give his condolences to my mother. What a true human being and business owner. We will be back and its so nice to know john and his family are true examples!

Jlee Ollie I visited Pandora the other day, and it was quite busy and discouraging. Just as I was about to leave and order online, my husband and I were warmly greeted by Tyler. He was very professional and respectful—an outstanding young man. I was pleased to learn that he is also an Army Veteran. His conversation with my husband about shared interests and values was very enjoyable and made the experience more welcoming. This allowed me to take my time browsing. Tyler was very helpful, offering several options and suggestions. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Tyler. Pandora may consider employing more professional staff members to enhance customer service and efficiency.

Charles B I’ve had my Movado Classic for over 14 years—it’s been with me through a lot. Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped it, and the face snapped out. I searched online for a repair or jewelry shop nearby, but couldn’t find anything convenient. I decided to head toward the mall and, on a whim, checked Google Maps again. That’s when Plano Custom Jewelers popped up—less than half a mile away. I made a quick U-turn and headed straight there. When I arrived, a couple was getting some rings resized, and a polite young gentleman greeted me right away and asked how he could help. I told him I could wait. Just two minutes later, the owner, Willie, came out from the back. I explained what happened, and he took a look at my watch. Without hesitation, he went into the back and put it back together. But that’s not all—he also cleaned the watch and made it look almost brand new again! Willie was incredibly friendly, professional, and honest. No pressure, no upselling—just great customer service. It’s rare to find a local business like this that truly cares. They also have a really nice selection of unique watches and jewelry. Elizabeth Ashley Buck MJ was so caring and sweet to me today. I have never had anyone care for my jewelry as much as I do. She inspected my bracelet for the charms to make sure they were placed properly on my bracelet correctly, and found that my clasp was wrong and ordered it to be corrected when my new charm was placed. I have never had this done to my bracelet before. MJ then helped me with an exchange of my anklet, and painstakingly counted each little heart to ensure my charms were replaced perfectly spaced, and perfectly positioned; counting 20 of them between each charm. Then ordered each of them to be placed on my anklet with the correct silver smaller pieces so they look and feel better. The original silver connectors were the large ones intended for the bracelets. In all my years of purchasing jewelry from James Avery, I have NEVER encountered this level of customer service. Correction, never in my life, have I been treated so nice. Turned my day around in an instant. This will be my store now and forever.

Y55 Q Terrible experience. I bought a bracelet for my son’s birthday. I went back the next day because it was too long. They wanted me to pay $70 to shorten it! I asked for my money back and they said they couldn’t. They told me I could trade it for something the same value. I got a different and shorter bracelet for a lower value, and they kept the rest. Highly recommended you go somewhere else.

I had a small diamond fallout due to a broken prong, and Sam did everything to restore my ring and it looks like new. !! It literally took my breath away. I highly recommend this jewelry store for purchase, cleaning, and restoring. I’m new to the area and this was store was close to my home.
