She talks you through the whole process, has good selection for crystals/gems, and the whole booking/installation process was very organized. I literally cannot wait to come back, if you’re in Lubbock you NEED to pay her a visit.

Reyna Conde Nancy was so helpful and accommodating to our friend group of 7! Some of us wanted permanent bracelets and others did not and she gave us the option to still be able to all have the same bracelet regardless. We all loved it! Nancy was fantastic and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable.
