Noel Ramos Had to go into James Avery today to have two pieces cleaned. Today Elizabeth helped me and she and the rest of the staff made me feel very welcomed. I love coming into a store where people go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcomed. I’m from a small town originally and this is an aspect that I miss. Isabel Gloria Lana was the best! My finance brought me to the store for Mother’s Day to pick out an engagement ring. We are young and not the richest people in the world so the first ring I liked was too pricey but Lana was so determined to get me walking out with a new ring. After we were approved for a lease amount she helped me find the PERFECT ring that was even better than the one I originally wanted. She was kind, considerate and helpful through the entire process.
