I first bought a custom initials ring from them at the Houston livestock show and Rodeo a few years ago and was heartbroken when I lost it. Well for my birthday today I decided to make the trip to Fredericksburg to get a replacement. After hearing that we had driven from Houston just to buy a ring from them they offered to wave the sales tax as well as include a free cleaning cloth. She also offered water and snacks for the drive back. I had a great experience and the hospitality as well as the quality of the ring made it well worth the trip.
