Liz Lytton I wish I could give 6 stars! I highly recommend Generation Jewelers, Danny and the entire team are incredible. If you’re on the fence about where to get your jewelry remade, do yourself a favor and check them out. I needed to have my engagement ring remade - it was too large and had a number of design and structural issues that made it really uncomfortable. We looked at a number of shops, but knew Danny was our guy once we met him. We signed off on the work same day, and picked up my completely remade ring less than 3 weeks later! Danny immediately understood what we wanted changed, talked us through design options, and addressed every issue perfectly when remaking the ring. The communication was straightforward and he kept us updated on progress. We even got to see the design mock up of the ring before they got started, which was something we hadn’t seen anywhere else (just another reason they’re the best). He created a more elegant and structurally sound ring that was significantly more comfortable. I couldn’t be happier with the work he did, and the service we got from every person we met at the store. Thank you again Danny! We’ll be back for wedding bands soon!

Nadeem N I walked into JCPenney with zero expectations actually, more like avoiding it for years because I assumed the prices would be sky-high and not worth the trip. But wow, was I wrong. This place was like walking into a secret warehouse of discounts that no one talks about. I don’t know if they’re trying to be low-key about it or what, because I swear these deals aren’t being blasted online or anywhere else I usually see ads. Its almost like they’re hiding these sales for people who actually show up in person. If that’s their marketing strategy, it’s working now, because I’m telling everyone. We saw Liz Claiborne handbags for 50% off, a rainbow wall of crewneck shirts for $5.99 each, Pokémon backpack sets, and even 4th of July sandal sales for under $30. You could literally redo your whole closet or back-to-school list in one sweep and not break the bank. I was so surprised, I had to stop and take photos not for clout, but to remind myself to come back, because my memory is mostly folders of random thoughts unless I log stuff visually. While I was browsing and snapping pics, an employee from cosmetic came up to me asking if everything was okay. At first I was like, “Uh oh, am I doing something wrong?” but she wasn’t rude at all—just doing her job and keeping an eye on things. Honestly, its rare to see staff that attentive anymore. She didn’t hover or make it weird, just checked in and moved on. Five stars to employee for being present and professional. The store was also super clean and well-organized. Clothes were folded, shelves were full but not chaotic, and everything felt intuitive to navigate. It didn’t feel like a chore to shop here, which for me is a big deal because most stores either overstimulate or underdeliver. JCPenney is officially back on my radar. Great prices, organized layout, attentive staff, and deals that deserve more hype.

Order was placed on a Wednesday and it was delivered to my house Friday with a hand written Thank You letter! Very impressed! I highly highly recommend this location.

mark rodriguez Beware I bought a 8k Rolex day date. First issue was the day date not working the salesman said “are you really going to be looking at the date”? for 8k everything better work as it should. Took 2 weeks to get back after I got it back not even 1 hour into wearing it the bracelet falls off. At this point it is what it is buyers beware!!

He was very professional and respectful—an outstanding young man. I was pleased to learn that he is also an Army Veteran. His conversation with my husband about shared interests and values was very enjoyable and made the experience more welcoming. This allowed me to take my time browsing. Tyler was very helpful, offering several options and suggestions. I appreciate the excellent service provided by Tyler. Pandora may consider employing more professional staff members to enhance customer service and efficiency.
