2 /5 Iva: I had expected a much higher standard of service, especially considering LuLu Moon has 5 stars. I visited a little over a week ago.
First, on the day of my initial appointment my chain was lost, so I was offered a discount and had to reschedule for the inconvenience. I was understanding because mistakes happen.
However, when I went to the appointment the discount mentioned was not offered, and the price of the chain was raised. *The prices online do not reflect the price of the chain once at the appointment.* I was expecting the price to be what was listed on the website. I would have appreciated some transparency of the price change prior to my appointment.
Secondly, Haille assured me that if my chain was too tight, I could reach out to re-size it. As this was the issue, I reached out a little over a week ago, and I still have not received a response or solution. Unfortunately, the handling of my issue left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I had to go to another jeweler to have it re-sized.
The only reason I gave LuLu Moon two stars is because the Ella chain I purchased seems to be good quality.
