She took the time to show me everything I was looking for and offered to clean one of my necklaces. Also, I forgot one of my rings and she came to the parking lot to give it to me. This is the first time that I have had the best experience with a professional customer service in one of their stores. Thank you, Samantha!

Christina Garcia The owner and his son are very very nice and made us feel welcome, They went out of their way to help us and get exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend for anyone to give them a try it’s a small business and you will get exactly you are looking for! Thank y’all for helping my husband and I! Margaret Cervantes My husband and I were needing to replace a battery in a watch, Went to an other independent repair shop to be told “it’s not the battery, You need a new watch” I remembered WAIT Let’s go to JG Gold works at the mall. Roberto & Jackie took GREAT care of us and NOT only was he honest and replaced the battery BUT very friendly good service!! Taught me a lesson GO where ppl are knowledgeable and have trained properly!!

Isabel Gloria Lana was the best! My finance brought me to the store for Mother’s Day to pick out an engagement ring. We are young and not the richest people in the world so the first ring I liked was too pricey but Lana was so determined to get me walking out with a new ring. After we were approved for a lease amount she helped me find the PERFECT ring that was even better than the one I originally wanted. She was kind, considerate and helpful through the entire process. We will definitely be back for more jewelry in the future to work with Lana!
