1 /5 Wayne Brown: Im giving a 1 star strictly off of the dressing room. I was there Tuesday and I went into the dressing room to try on a few shirts and let me tell you the minute you walk through the dressing room door it smells like piss. JCpenny please just take the carpets out or get them deep cleaned. Inside the dressing rooms(the one I was in smelled of urine strongly). Also clean the walls they are filthy. Dont have white walls and not clean them. I put it out there JCpenny do something about this. Sad and ridiculous. This was the mens dressing room of wondering unless its for men and women but I was on the men side it didnt have a sign so Im guessing thats the mens dressing room only.
