Kate Pix I couldn’t see myself being happy with staring down at some generic wedding ring. I wanted something unique and was set on an Aqua colored stone. Dean found the perfect stone and came up with an updated version of a vintage ring. I love it! Dean has an amazing eye for detail, and I’m so glad he was a part of making this experience fun. And Bean, his furry four legged helper was a perfect co-designer.

Erika Iruegas Claudia and Diana helped my mother customize her own diamond EXACTLY how she wanted down to a T. To our surprise the price was way better than what we were expecting to pay, Claudia kept us updated on everything along the way. The 5ct oval cut was way more beautiful than what we even imagined, and picking out the diamond made our experience way more meaningful. Thank you Claudia for Informing us about your Diamond Event yall were having so we could find the perfect setting for it and all sized in the same day and letting us be a part of it made it even more sentimental , Claudia is amazing will help you out with any questions you have if you have no knowledge on jewelry, very trustworthy and will keep my business with her, they are the way to go. Could not recommend a better place. These picture do not do this beautiful diamond justice.

Njomza Pozhegu Today I had a great experience at Francesca store thanks to employee her name Grace who kindly helped me hold a dress I really liked. She was very sweet, friendly, patient, and made sure I didn’t miss out on something I loved. It’s the small gestures like this that really make shopping enjoyable. Regan Wallace Truly cannot recommend Diamonds Direct Fort Worth enough !!! We came in to look at creating a custom engagement ring for me and left with the most incredible experience. Deb and Gwen walked us through the process of creating a custom ring so seamlessly, even sourcing the perfect emerald to match stones we already had and helping us to incorporate other pieces into the final product. Deb was so patient and understanding, making sure we stayed at our budget and got the ring of our dreams! We cannot wait to go back and get started on our wedding bands!

Ashley Lamborn DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well. They also said I had to pay to ship the items back then I would get reimbursed and for not even half of what I paid for the package. If I could give zero stars I would. Once again, DO NOT USE THEM. Horrible place of business.

Jeanette Starr Took in my wedding rings to be repaired, they were worn so thin the bands were broken. I have had them for 43 years. Cannot express the joy and thankfulness of the job they did repairing them. The thoughtfulness and professionalism was above and beyond the care we received. Thank you so much. I know I can wear it again for I hope another 43.
