It’s a special piece to her, so I was nervous about finding someone to replace the battery. Moe was the gentleman who assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the older watch with the utmost care and precision. He had it running again in no time. My daughter was thrilled! Thank you, Moe, for your excellent work and for treating a sentimental item like your own. I highly recommend this store!

He answered all of our questions, we didn’t feel any pressure to make a purchase, even though we were initially unsure whether we would. He was patient and at some point we were just talking about the beauty of their pieces. The store is big, well organized and offers a great variety of best quality jewelry. I wanted a unique ring made that was inspired from an antique ring that I found and fell in love with but the ring i found was brass and degrading after a few years of wearing it since it was gold plated brass. We brought our ring into Precious Jewelry and they were able to replicate it for us in 14K yellow gold with a beautiful marquise center diamond. And they had it ready within 9 days! These guys are FANTASTIC and the epitome of customer service. They are extremely knowledgable, thorough and customer-first. This is literally a hidden gem or a diamond in the rough location (yes, both puns were intended). The facility is very large, clean and well organized. The assortment, variety and inventory is vast and you will be able to find what youre looking for. I cannot say enough about thee guys...go check them out while you are parusing the outlets.
