Our experience of selecting a magnificent diamond, designing an incredible ring from scratch, and eventually getting engaged with a spectacular piece of art was nothing short of incredible. From the start, Suzanne helped us feel as comfortable as possible with the process of selecting a stone. She helped source a beautiful diamond and involved us in the process of ensuring its quality. Moving to the design portion, we had a rough sketch with some additional thoughts on which to build a design. Using our suggestions, Suzanne was able to quickly synthesize a CAD rendition of just what we described and then worked graciously with us to finely tune the design to make it exactly what we were looking for. From there, she and her team helped to create a magnificent ring which helped make for a most memorable engagement day. Truthfully, we couldn’t recommend Suzanne and Houston Inter-Continental Jewelers enough and couldn’t imagine the process without her. I went back today to have a watch looked at and while he was not able to fix repair the issue he replaced it with something better that will last so it doesn’t happen again. These guys are the best.
