Levi Haiisu I came in to get my great grandmother’s necklace cleaned so my mom could wear it to her wedding. I was AMAZED that Zales does free cleanings even if your piece isn’t from the store. I came in and was immediately greeted and helped at my scheduled appointment time. The process was too easy and makes me want to come here for my future jewelry needs. They even threw in a gift box!!! Wow! Shout out to Ernesto and Joanne for brightening both my necklace and my day! Before and after photos for reference

We wanted to upgrade the center stone, but the original settings was very difficult due to the channel diamonds on side and half bezel crown. We flew from Phx to Lubbock because of our faith and trust in JKeith’s work. It was a hard job but it came out beautifully. We placed our original center stone into a pendant. If you want the highest quality and an honest jeweler, go to JKeith, you won’t be disappointed.
