Sonya was very happy and excited to do it for us, and asked us how quick we needed it. We told her no biggie, the wedding was still a few weeks away(at that time. We had to move the date up), so whenever she could get it done in that time would be great. The next day, less than 24 hours later in fact, she called us to let us know she had it done, because she was so excited for us to get married, and wanted us to have it as soon as possible. She even put the ring in a display case with other rings to give us a jewelry store experience, as in my wife could choose what ring she wanted. Very fun and sweet of her to add that bit of playfulness into the business. The ring was resized perfectly, and she cleaned it up nicely, which was something she took the initiative to do without asking. Consumate professional. This is Exactly why you shop local, and support local businesses. Try finding that brand of humanity and thoughtfulness in a big box retailer of any kind. Thank you, Sonya! Riley Ray Sobczak If you need anything engraved and want to use the best around, I recommend Abe’s Engraving at Plaza Fine Jewelry in Dallas above all else! I went in to get a watch engraved as an anniversary gift, and Raja was both helpful and pleasant to chat with! The watch I brought wasn’t exactly what I was looking for but I’d had limited options online. In store, she noticed I liked the other watches and proceeded to showed me a number of comparable options in-store (but only after confirming I could return the original watch for a refund)! I purchased watch 1 from her and placed an order for engraving with a few words and a date. The back of the watch is tricky, limited space, but they made it work beautifully! I’ve now returned the original watch for a full refund. Not only was she incredibly helpful, she was also incredibly understanding. I purchased the watch and left it for engraving, then had a change of heart within 30 minutes. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to exchange it with another watch, but she completely took that worry away. She took watch 1 back with a smile and helped me to purchase watch 2, which I picked up today after engraving. I am so happy that I chose to go with Plaza Fine Jewelry and especially Raja, as she was a wonderful and kind salesperson who really made the whole process a breeze. And I must of course mention that the finished watch is beyond what I imagined - I’ve it! I think my partner will love it as well. Thank you so much for your help, kindness, and speed with getting it to me within my short time frame. A few drops in the night on your face makes it glowing and soft by morning. Im really enjoining it. And the jewelry of course is very affordable, reasonable and good quality. Ive actually purchased many as gifts for my friends too!! The icing on the cake is dealing with Sanjana!! Shes the dearest.
