I remember at the time I really didnt want to pay the price for the necklace. The man who owns the store is so so kind and really believes in what he is selling. Alicia Barton My husband and I had been hunting for a replacement for my original wedding ring set. Everywhere we looked was too expensive, or the associates were too pushy, or judgmental of our budget. However STEVE at the GRAPEVINE Marquise Jewelers was so kind and patient with us. We had left the store, then come back right before closing. Even after we had purchased a set, and it was shipped to me, we discussed resizing at length. THEN after shipping it back to him to possibly resize, I had completely changed my mind about the set. He was still so patient with me, making sure that I got the ring that I truly wanted. Wendy Enlow After dealing with an unprofessional at one Zales location I decided to try another location. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Eddie. He was so friendly. Even after finding out I was there for ring sizing, he continued to be just as friendly. Eddie saved you Zales! After my unpleasant visit else where I told myself I was never shopping there again. Kelsey Palmer Kind, trustworthy, good people. Mr Rogers himself was able to fix my bent Ring Wrap before I even made a lap around his store! I was shocked when he said no charge. Hard to find good business owners like him anymore. We will definitely be back to get a watch fixed as well as make some purchases to support his small business. They have some gorgeous opals, diamonds, turquoise, and many other precious stone jewelry. As well as Fiesta ware and other glass ware and trinkets. Im sure Ill bend my Ring Wrap many more times in my life and Ill take it to him every time.
