I brought in some gold and rings, and he gave me a very fair and reasonable deal. What I appreciated most was how transparent he was—he measured and weighed everything right there in front of me, calculated the price on the spot, and there was nothing hidden or done “in the back.” He also has a beautiful selection of custom jewelry pieces, and you can tell he really specializes in creating unique, high-quality designs. The shop is located in a sleek, bougie building that was super easy to find—just a quick 37-minute drive from Sherman straight up 75. Allen is one of those people who feels like an instant friend. The quality and craftsmanship are top-notch. Huge shout out to Staci and Jenny—they were super helpful with everything from start to finish. They guided us through the design process, answered all our questions, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Picking up the rings was a breeze, thanks to them being so organized and friendly. We purchased a Neil Lane ring online, but upon closer inspection, we noticed a hairline crack or imperfection on the diamond. Today, we visited the store seeking guidance, and Denise promptly offered assistance, revealing that they had the same ring in stock in a much superior condition. Katie meticulously cleaned and polished the ring, restoring its sparkle. Super grateful for their friendliness and seamless transaction. Although buying online was convenient, this experience reminds us of the value of in-store shopping for personalized service!

Carl Saxon Allen Jewelers did an outstanding job repairing my titanium watch band for my Garmin watch. I had taken it somewhere else and they told me it needed substantially more work. Allen Jewelers repaired it quickly without any issues. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.
