5 /5 Carl Saxon: Allen Jewelers did an outstanding job repairing my titanium watch band for my Garmin watch. I had taken it somewhere else and they told me it needed substantially more work. Allen Jewelers repaired it quickly without any issues. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

1 /5 Haas Pete “Kojak”: Run away from this place... I took them two watches for a simple battery change. One was a Victorinox pictured here, witch developed moisture in it the day after I got it back. The other was a Luminox, which god knows what they did to it, but it wouldnt keep time when I got it back. I brought it back, and he said he would have his watch guy look at it. Kept it for a week, and called me and said it was ready. When I got there he was very condescending and said it never lost time when he had it back, but I knew he was lying because the date had lost two days. I had to send it back to Luminox, which cost me $140... When I went back and showed him the Victorinox, he was pretty rude...blamed it on the watch.

1 /5 Corey Jones: I went to Allen Jewelers to have links taken out of two watches. While there, I inquired about gold rings. They had a catalogue with very nice looking rings. I made an impulse purchase of $1,500 for a gold ring. For them to make the order, they charge the customer up front. What I received back, was a ring that felt like it came out of a bubble-gum machine. The ring was hollowed out so much that I can reshape the ring with my hand. When I complained about them selling my a ring that probably isnt worth $300, they didnt have an answer. Fortunately, the ring looks nice when on your finger. I would be very cautious making a high dollar purchase from this jeweler. I normally go to a Christian jeweler over by the SMU campus; he is a very honest guy. Allen Jewelers lack integrity and I would caution not to use them for anything except simple jewelry repairs.
