5 /5 Dylan Pelaez: Thank you Ami for making my dream purchase come true. Ami is great and passionate about her job. I’ve come to this location multiple times to browse and Ami has always been helpful and attentive. I’ve been on the hunt for a gold chain for roughly 7 years and i’ve never really been able to snag a good deal or had jewelers actually put in the effort to finding me a piece of my liking and affordable. Ami has always worked with me each visit to find something i want to take home and love FOREVER. She always tells me never settle and that advice led me to the piece i have today. Thank you once again Ami. Chido also is great and came into the sale to help me get an even better deal that provided the protection plan and i’m so thankful he went out his way to make that happen. Thank you also Natalie for the information provided about the warranty’s one time replacement if a piece is damaged beyond repair. Will be back here to shop for all my jewelry needs. 1 /5 Robert Donahey: Horrible customer service. My wife bought me a watch for Christmas of 24. The crystal on it cracked so she took it in for repairs and was given a estimated time for return of July 9th which would have been about 1 month. It is July 26th and still no watch and every time the wife calls, the time extends. Not one time has anyone from the store reached out to let us know what is going on and when I can expect my watch

I went in last minute looking for a wedding ring and found one I really liked, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available in-store. Natalie went above and beyond—making calls and doing everything she could to track it down and ensure it would arrive in time for my wedding. Not only did she get it here on time, but she also made sure it was perfectly sized for my ring finger. She kept in constant communication with me, giving updates on the process and the location of the ring. I truly appreciated her dedication and effort—100%. I highly recommend coming here. The staff is not only incredibly kind, but they genuinely care about the service they provide and the happiness of their customers
