5 /5 Kathy Neeley: I couldn’t be happier!! Mr. Vega went above and beyond. He fixed my grandfather clock, as well as a wall mounted antique that hadn’t worked in years. He was a pleasure to deal with and true to his word. He came over on Monday and gave me a quote and both clocks were chiming away by Tuesday evening. Thank you Mr Vega! I wish I would have done this much sooner. If you have a clock that you keep meaning to have someone look at don’t wait any longer. Job well done sir!

5 /5 C.A. Hinojosa: Had a great experience. Gave Mr. Vega a call Saturday morning. He came by my home Saturday afternoon and took the internal mechanism of my Grandfather clock. It was fixed, done and reinstalled by Monday afternoon. He even gave me a follow up call to see how it was working on Wednesday. Great Job and thank you!

1 /5 Will: I believe the excellent ratings as Ignacio Vega is a master at his craft. However, he also has terrible work and personal ethics. Mr. Vega doesnt respond to phone calls, voice and text messages, or completely no-shows for set appointments without excuses or so many excuses its impossible to tell truth from fantasy. I pre-paid him for the required parts for my grandfather clock back in March with a completion/delivery date in a week. Since then - NOTHING. Since this original posting Mr. Vega finally returned my clock mechanism. I wish I could report everything was resolved but that is not the case. The clock will not run, the selector switches (chime tune, night off, etc.) are missing. I immediately reported this back to Mr. Vega and he promised to come back to repair the next day. He failed to keep any of his scheduled appointments in lieu of going to other clients or repairing his mothers clothes dryer. He doesnt answer phone calls, voice and text messages. His claim of dealing with medical issues appears to be nothing more than an excuse and he thoroughly and completely lacks integrity to tell the truth, by making and keeping a scheduled appointment. The quality of his work is now in question. After performing simple maintenance on my clock now it doesnt work at all. Unfortunately my only recourse at this point is to report to the BBB and initiate a civil litigation case in court.

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about their craft. My clock is now keeping perfect time and looks better than ever. Highly recommended for anyone needing quality clock repairs!
