The last time I stopped in, Christina came out and greeted me even though she was on break. They helped my husband pick out a ring for our 30th anniversary celebration and it is beautiful!!! All the ladies has had their chance of helping me and I just love them ALL. Their like family now and always welcomes me with warm welcomes and opened arms. My recent experience was I wanted my upgrade ring and Whitney definitely went ABOVE and BEYOND to get it for me with it being the LAST ring at another store that had it. She not only got my ring, but it was on time for Christmas!!!! I want to THANK each and everyone of the ladies for their amazing service!!! Definitely my favorite store and people!!!

They answer any question that I have regarding jewelry and are very knowledgeable. They are a great team and anyone who shops here can know they are getting the best that Zales has to offer.
