Jay The diamond in my college ring popped out, and I called around at a couple jewelry locations nearby. Moses helped me and completed the repair job in three days. Much faster than the other jewelers. When I picked it up, I was very amazed on how beautiful my ring looked and shined bright. Moses and his staff, Mia are very friendly. Overall, my experience is fantastic, and I will go back to them again when needed, and I would refer them to my friends and family. Thank you.

Tre Marcus The service at this Kay Jewelers is top notch! We did ring shopping at Zales and a different Kay Jewelers store but none of them compared to this one. Javier worked with us in making sure we got the perfect rings. He was patient, understanding, thoughtful and went above & beyond…staying in contact with us even after hours. For my surprise proposal, he made sure the engagement ring was sized and returned before my proposal date. When the ring was ready to pick up on his off day, he still came into the store to make sure I got the ring and was happy with it. He and the staff also made suggestions for the proposal so they were extremely helpful overall. My fiance loves the ring and were so happy we selected this Kay Jewelers location.

I found that to be very courteous, as no one seems to extend great customer serve anymore. My item arrived maybe two days later and it fit perfectly! Iraen Marsh Went there @635(closes at 8). Gates were pulled half way down already, so you cant go inside. Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store.
