Our experience of selecting a magnificent diamond, designing an incredible ring from scratch, and eventually getting engaged with a spectacular piece of art was nothing short of incredible. From the start, Suzanne helped us feel as comfortable as possible with the process of selecting a stone. She helped source a beautiful diamond and involved us in the process of ensuring its quality. Moving to the design portion, we had a rough sketch with some additional thoughts on which to build a design. Using our suggestions, Suzanne was able to quickly synthesize a CAD rendition of just what we described and then worked graciously with us to finely tune the design to make it exactly what we were looking for. From there, she and her team helped to create a magnificent ring which helped make for a most memorable engagement day. Truthfully, we couldn’t recommend Suzanne and Houston Inter-Continental Jewelers enough and couldn’t imagine the process without her. The two ladies at the front were so nice and ordered me a replacement within 5 minutes. A lot of other jewelry companies don’t have this level of customer care, so I really appreciate them!!

Sherry Gaible James Avery never has a sale but they did offer a good deal on their charms. So, I gathered the three adopted granddaughters and had a shopping spree this hot afternoon. I have been coming up empty for their birthday and Christmas gifts the past year or so. Starting a charm bracelet or add on necklace is a great way for them to design their own gift. This JA store seems brand new, but the very personable and helpful store manager, Karen, said the store is actually five years old. Could have fooled me. We had Karen and her assistant Morgan"s full attention for a good part of the afternoon. The brilliantly lit glass cases, with sample charms, were so enticing, but the girls (11, 9 and 7) made wonderful decisions on their own. I hope this is a tradition that we can keep for years to come.

Charley Smith This is THE pawn shop to stop in if you like guns!!! The staff are knowledgeable and friendly and don’t get impatient with you when looking at all the different guns they have. They have way more guns than any pawn shop in Denton. Their FFL transfer cost is way better than anywhere I’ve been. Definitely the place to shop!
