I love coming into a store where people go out of their way to help you and make you feel welcomed. I’m from a small town originally and this is an aspect that I miss. So for me it’s nice to have that hometown feeling when going into a store like James Avery. The staff today is a true example of what a customer like me looks for in a store. Brian Gonzales The owner john showed much compassion for my mom when she went to purchased a bell regarding losing our father as of recent. She found the perfect bell to describe the situation. When she went to checkout, john insisted that she pay for the bell and refunded the money. He was so emotional about the loss and continued to give his condolences to my mother. What a true human being and business owner. We will be back and its so nice to know john and his family are true examples!

The girls working were very helpful and assisted me in picking out a great gift of a navajo turquoise piece, a candle, an outfit, and they even gift wrapped it for me.
