She was very pleasant to work with and went above and beyond our expectations. She listened well to what we were looking for and took her time to show us all of our options. She was very knowledgeable and explained the features and differences between each style we considered. She helped us make a very informed decision and even offered to clean my wedding ring after we finished selecting a watch. Davina McKee 5-14-25 6:45 pm went in to look for a charm bracelet for graduation gift. The James Avery clerk I Dillards was too busy leaning on the Counter and popping her gum. Not once did she come over and ask if there was something we were looking for. Had to call her three times just to ask about a charm. Very lazy and horrible customer service. Went to Pandora and spent $550 there.

Srutha Raj We had a great experience shopping for wedding jewelry at Joyalukkas Frisco. Sham Tom was extremely helpful, focused, and patient throughout the entire process. He has excellent subject knowledge and guided us with genuine suggestions that made our shopping easy and comfortable. His attention to detail and friendly attitude really stood out. Highly recommend Sham Tom if you’re visiting the store. They have an extremely great wedding collection with a wide variety of stunning designs. The models are elegant, modern, and perfect for any bride-to-be.

I just lost my old one last week, and she jumped right in to help me find an awesome replacement—definitely an upgrade! She was super nice and super helpful. Matthew C Update (2/23/25): Bad. Went today to sell them my JAXXON Cuban link 14K 2.7mm 24” chain. It weighs 13.2g. Gold spot price today is $94/g(2939/oz). So 14k melt price would = $727. There are calculators for this. The man offered me $450. I will not be coming back to this place. I left and sold my chain for $635 instantly at another gold shop. Now I understand the bad reviews and adding one of my own above. Went there this morning to see if I could exchange a 24K pendant that my wife bought for me few months back in China. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and professional. She gave me fair spot market gold price for the pendant(less a few% of course), and I got a 24K gold cross for a fair price. Very satisfied. Not sure why all the bad reviews.
