Allen Jewelers repaired it quickly without any issues. They were prompt and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

After working with Kristy, she was able to find/order a 14K gold charm-holder necklace and exchange it for a longer chain so my grandmother could remove it more easily. My grandmother came to tears when she saw it. I would have paid twice what I did, just to see how happy it made her.
