She took her time to explain the different collections and how the color bar works. She recommended a beautiful necklace for my mother’s birthday and not once did I feel pressured to buy like in other stores. I will definitely be coming back!

I looked up jewelry repair and saw this place was close to my hotel . I walked in and was immediately greeted with a welcoming smile from Marissa the store manager . I knew immediately that this lady was competent and accommodating. She looked and said she could replace the clasp and looked at my ring that was slightly bent and said that could be fixed too . She then offered to clean my jewelry at no charge. It was just as a feel good wonderful customer service gesture ! She told me to come back in an hour and she’d have them ready . I returned to shiny and impeccably repaired jewelry…I was thrilled . Marissa and her jeweler Tom are top notch professionals. It was a REFRESHING experience.
