T.J. Maxx - Longview (TX)

5 /5 Katie KittyKat: I love this store. I love in a small town outside of Longview, so whenever I visit the "big city", I stop in at this store. I find great clothes for me and my family, shoes for me, grocery items, dog toys, I once bought a chair here, jewelry, unique christmas things, unique gift ideas, beautiful comfy blankets, toys,...I could go on and on!

1 /5 Patricia Machin: Longview store was disgusting. Everything was a mess and merchandise in bins and cart everywhere. It was impossible to shop and will have to think long and hard before I ever go back. I used to love shopping in this store.

3 /5 Dannielle Molesworth: We made a trip to Longview from Marshall as I am in need of undergarments. Although I know the size I wear, different manufacturers still require me to try them on. Arriving an hour before closing time, I made my way to the womens section. There was not one garment in a size above a 38C. To not have a wasted trip, I scoured the clearance sections to find a variety of cards, essential oil based deodorants, orange blossom honey, and a rechargeable, hand-held fan. On to checking out where I learned that the rewards program is NOT linked by my phone number, I was to have downloaded their app or kept my rewards cards with me, which I did not have. As I was checking out, the manager was announcing the store closing with the time, and you could feel we were being hurried along. After not being able to access my rewards, I received my total that seemed a bit higher than what I was expecting, but we were being ushered out the door, so I paid it. At home reviewing the receipt and my purchases, I found I was charged twice for one item and full price for a clearance item! A total of $7 Now, the cost in gas to drive back to rectify this!

2 /5 LOVING LIFE: I love TJ Max but the lines are too long to check out. The temperature of the store is not pleasant. The sound system is going out which is static and causes stress to the mind. They really need to stop using it. Too much polyester and cheap fabric. I hate to rate it this low but I hope some changes will be made so we all can really enjoy our shopping experience. It’s definitely going down hill which isn’t worth my time.

2 /5 Amy B: This was my first experience at this particular location and I was not impressed. The is one was full of boxes cluttering the aisles and it wasn’t an enjoyable experience. I was surprised at the lack of selection for women’s shirts…there was very little inventory compared to the Tyler location. I like driving to Longview to shop but it’s debatable if I will return to this store again. Just not sure if it is worth it.
