Betty Peet I am new in town and needed some jewelry cleaned and an unusual change made to an old gold necklace. The Clerk spent a lot of time helping, advising and cleaning my pieces...while I waited, free of charge! The change on my other piece was made overnight, at a very reasonable cost, with an offer to buy back gold that was cut off the necklace. All of the transactions were above and beyond my expectations! Everyone was so nice and helpful, too!

Michael G Outstanding place to get a watch repaired. They have done a repair that required a lot of work and did a great job. I also just had a Pin break in my watch band… I brought it by and he swapped it out in about 35 seconds and didn’t charge me a dime. You don’t come across businesses with this level of service and friendliness and expertise often. Highly recommend.

Russell Rivers These folks are truly wonderful and talented people. I first bought a custom initials ring from them at the Houston livestock show and Rodeo a few years ago and was heartbroken when I lost it. Well for my birthday today I decided to make the trip to Fredericksburg to get a replacement. After hearing that we had driven from Houston just to buy a ring from them they offered to wave the sales tax as well as include a free cleaning cloth. She also offered water and snacks for the drive back. I had a great experience and the hospitality as well as the quality of the ring made it well worth the trip. Nikki Simmons A Friend of Nans had came into my work and mentioned she does engraving and my engagement ring was broken and had to be re engraved. The lady politely said she doesnt work with jewelry and told me about Nan. So I contacted Her via email of her site and she reached out to me very quickly. She had me come to her shop in Mckinney and I showed her my ring. She told me to contact the company that made my ring first to see if they would replace it. The company told us they wouldnt do anything for us. So I let Nan know what they said. She told me she was worried my ring would break even more with being repaired so she told me my options and I picked out a differnt band and she was able to send me 2 gorgeous ideas for the new ring and we ordered my wedding band. So we go to pick up the wedding band and in there is my band and my original engagement ring. She had fixed it! This women just went above and beyond. I couldnt believe it. I just cant say enough about this lady and her business.
