Patricia Fults I received a Bulova watch for my birthday in April & the battery didnt last long. I went to a dept store in McAllen to replace battery - 1 hour and 3 associates later - I was told my watch was broken. Regency Jewelers was my first stop. I spoke with Roy and he did a excellent job explaining how Bulovas can be tricky - theyd replace the battery first; if it was in fact broken & needed repair - theyd provide me w/ an estimate. I recd a phone call in less than 30 mins my watch was fixed! It was the battery! I am very pleased with the customer service, quick repair time, and affordable price for quality service. You wont be disappointed.

greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

Spencer Wagley I went to shop for my wifes Valentines present and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store and the sales associate took the time to show me around and help me with my selection. They had a sale buy 3 get 3 free and she let me know that this was going on. Over all it was a very pleasant shopping experience.
