John Pena Just had to share my recent experience at Jared Jewelry store located on San Pedro in San Antonio. I took my custom diamond ring of 10 years to have it repaired. I was greeted by Annie Gallo. She was very nice, polite, professional, informative and very helpful. I inquired about the cost of the ring repair. Annie was very helpful in looking up my purchase and found I had purchased the warranty. After a few minutes, my ring was taken to be repaired, at no cost, and I was informed it would be ready the following day. Two days later, I picked up my ring. All I can say is WOW! My ring looked better than when I purchased it. Jared did an amazing repair job. I was truly impressed with Jared. They proved to be trustworthy and provided excellent customer service. For my next diamond purchase, Jared will be first on my list. Thank you Annie and Jared for making this a memorable experience.

I reached out to the team through their custom form, and they responded within 24 hours saying they believed they would be able to create the ring in my size and get it to me before my wedding. I was honestly skeptical, but I loved this particular ring and nothing else had piqued my interest the way this one had, so we went ahead and decided we would use a placeholder for the ceremony if needed. However, true to their word, the Megan Thorne team completed my ring the week before my wedding and shipped it to me in Virginia via FedEx one day delivery so that I would have it in time for my ceremony.
