Ive gotten my favorite golden necklace repaired here twice. Once last year and again just this week. Its very dainty and once in a while it gets tugged on just enough for it to snap and I take it here for $20 gold necklace repair. They get it done in 1 day. I finally met the owners the other day when I came in to retrieve my necklace. Miss Cheryl and her husband are so sweet and they even own a lovely cottage that they also rent out to people who want to have a relaxing, nature staycation in Texas. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services.
