D Mel Phenomenal customer service. I called their store one morning to ask about a bracelet and made the payment over the phone. McKay personally delivered the bracelet to my place of work within the hour, beautifully wrapped. The bracelet is beautiful and I enjoy wearing it daily.

He shared his wealth of information on jewelry and I knew immediately I was in great hands! He and Rose are going to create some pieces for me from old rings I have and Im beyond excited! Kimberly Turany I had the best experience! I live in Tennessee and was visiting my parents. My rings have always been tight but this week my hand swelled after yard work. My finger was hurting so bad! I called the shop to see if they could cut my wedding rings off. They actually offered this service free of charge?!?! Even though I didn’t purchase my rings at the location. Who does that? The jeweler was able to remove my wedding rings so neatly that it will be easy for me to get them repaired! I cannot think these owners enough! While I was there, I got to marvel at all the beautiful pieces they had on display! I highly recommend this jewelry shop!
