Our experience of selecting a magnificent diamond, designing an incredible ring from scratch, and eventually getting engaged with a spectacular piece of art was nothing short of incredible. From the start, Suzanne helped us feel as comfortable as possible with the process of selecting a stone. She helped source a beautiful diamond and involved us in the process of ensuring its quality. Moving to the design portion, we had a rough sketch with some additional thoughts on which to build a design. Using our suggestions, Suzanne was able to quickly synthesize a CAD rendition of just what we described and then worked graciously with us to finely tune the design to make it exactly what we were looking for. From there, she and her team helped to create a magnificent ring which helped make for a most memorable engagement day. Truthfully, we couldn’t recommend Suzanne and Houston Inter-Continental Jewelers enough and couldn’t imagine the process without her. Thomas Stinson Every jeweler and watchmaker in town quoted me over $100 and told me i would have to wait several days for a simple glass change in my citizen eco-drive (a very common mid-range watch). Hary was extremely professional and quick with my repair and knew exactly what to do upon seeing my watch. I paid around $50 and even gave him a tip because he did the job same-day. It wasnt until recently that I needed some help resizing a bracelet (see before picture) I had just gotten as an anniversary present that I started looking for a small business jeweler in the area and came across the many 5 star reviews for Hiram. Much like everyone else, I had a fantastic experience. I texted Hiram, got a quote, and dropped off the bracelet that afternoon. It was ready the next evening. I couldnt even tell where it had been shortened. It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and retained its function, all for excellent pricing, turnaround time and customer service (the after looks just as beautiful, but fits perfectly with 6 links removed). Now I am thinking about all the other jewelry repairs/adjustments I never knew I needed! Thanks again for the excellent service and workmanship Hiram!
