Kate Pix I couldn’t see myself being happy with staring down at some generic wedding ring. I wanted something unique and was set on an Aqua colored stone. Dean found the perfect stone and came up with an updated version of a vintage ring. I love it! Dean has an amazing eye for detail, and I’m so glad he was a part of making this experience fun. And Bean, his furry four legged helper was a perfect co-designer.

Erika Zapata Went with my daughter, a friend, and her children. We had a lovely time. The kids had fun at the museum and did hands on activity with a mermaid bucket. Each child got to keep a small item in the end. Then they all broke one geode. So much fun!

Ernesto Cervantez To whom it may concerned I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had while picking up a bracelet I had purchased at your store. When I arrived, I was assisted by a staff member named Melanie, whose demeanor made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She commented, “Next time you can go to the other section to pick up,” and rolled her eyes, which felt dismissive. When I mentioned I was told to pick up the bracelet around 5 p.m., she replied, “That can’t be — we have bracelets ready around 4 or 6,” then walked off to look for the item. The tone and attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I understand everyone has off days, but when customers are spending $100 or more, we expect at least a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. I left the store feeling uneasy about my purchase — not because of the product, but because of how I was treated. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Karm Andreas Went in today after reading some great reviews. We were met with great customer service and a knowledgeable staff member. Marianne. The owner Leticia, was there too and helped us immediately. Both were very attentive and knew the answers to all our questions about jewelry! They were both kind and patient. We ended buying, not one but two wedding bands which made the perfect gift for my wife on our 14th year anniversary! Thank you for a your great customer service and fair prices.
