After mentioning my struggle with anklets falling off in the past, she explained everything about permanent jewelry, from pricing to the differences in chains, metal types, and the charms I could add, etc. She has so many options to choose from! Rich Miller Originally I had brought my watch to a guy in the local mall to change bands. He spent about 45 minutes on it and charged me $125. The next day, one end of the watchband fell loose. I decided to get my watch repaired by Fine Fix. The guy fixed it in less than 5 minutes AND replaced the battery. Total charge: $30.00. I highly recommend Fine Fix Jewelry. Easily five stars.

Now, I’ll admit, I haven’t spent a lot of time in jewelry stores over the years, but when I do, I expect great service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. And Dave’s delivers all that and then some! Granbury isn’t exactly overflowing with jewelry stores, which is why I feel incredibly lucky to have found one as exceptional as Dave’s. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness, expertise, and the kind of customer service that makes everything sparkle just a little bit brighter. I even watched Dave interact with other customers, and it’s clear—this guy loves what he does, and it shows. So, a huge thank you to Dave and his team! I guess I’ll just have to find another excuse to buy more jewelry—if only to experience that top-notch service and friendly smile again. Highly recommend checking them out!
