I’m currently on a a European cruise with my wife for her birthday and I have her wonderful bracelet gift with me only because of the amazing service from Lorie and Franzetti. Went out of her way to ensure we could have a specialized option (birthstones of wife and our two kids) created in less time than it should have taken and then overnighted to me in Houston when it made it back to the store in time. It’s always 5 star service whenever’s we’ve worked with them.

She added the ease and joy in shopping for jewelry... Gena helped us with the inspection and cleaning of our previously purchased jewelry.
