Alice J Beautiful store. Visited this location after being disappointed with a different location, and we were very pleased. There were plenty of customers, but someone greeted us immediately. After browsing another 10 minutes or so, another person greeted us again. Everyone there was so attentive and eager to answer any questions we had, all with a smile. Shopping was a breeze. We purchased a couple of charms and were on our way in no time. They even took the time to remind us of the Mothers Day special, and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this location.

I walked in not knowing much about diamonds, the difference between cut, clarity, or color, but that changed quickly thanks to the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm, genuine hospitality. LeaAnn was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was simple and easy to understand. greg yavicoli This place ripped me off. Cancelled an order, was supposed to get a refund almost 2 months ago. Had email conversations with them confirming this, then they just stop responding to emails mid march. Sent several follow up emails with delivery receipts so I know they got them, even asking them to just send the item if they arent going to refund me. Have been calling several times daily for 6 weeks straight. Phone just rings and rings, no message, and cant leave voice mail. I even tried calling from five different phone numbers and two different email addresses, so no excuses will work, I saved all my emails, phone records, and receipt. Had to file claim and dispute with paypal, and filed complaint with BBB. Pure and simple, I was scammed. Stay away!

BR00KE _Amonalisa Always my go-to place to get like little things like trinkets and stuff to like build a gift with like teacher appreciation week, body/makeup gift baskets, and etc. Its always a go-to for me has been for quite a few years now and every time I go I always get something that I just like and love and this time it didnt have a lot that I was interested in but I grabbed a few things. Like I said its my go to store for things like that make-up, bows, brushes, hair mask, facial mask, little tattoos, party accessories, and they always have great bath bombs. Oh and scarves, scarves are my favorite because I wear them for my hair and I just got a new one which I love! Customer service could definitely be upgraded because the ladies there they just look at you like get your stuff and get out basically and I can understand you know but like you have to enjoy where you work or dont work there.
