Adrienne Shelton Jim Morris is a superior jeweler, the real deal. He is incredibly talented and creative, he has made a living doing what he loves and it shows. His dedication to customer service is very rare, and he gives to the community in so many ways. You simply cant go wrong trusting Jim for your custom creation, and his showroom has many beautiful and unique pieces.

Dung Le I trusted James Avery that they would actually put the right pendent in. And no I did not order cowboy boots. I give them 2 stars because when I went the woman who helped me was very kind. I could give 1 star because now I need to go back tomorrow to get the right gift I was going to give. The manager needs to train whoever packaged this and have a system for curbside where they show you what you purchased before putting in the back seat. Overall, this is managements fault and the people who put the necklace in the bag. I should of checked right away when they gave it to me but it’s okay. Train better for the holidays is all I am saying. If they gave me the wrong gift I’m sure another customer got the wrong gift. Update: Darlene helped me with this situation and gave me better explanation to what happen. Thank you for your help and being kind.

They had my ring custom made after every other jewelry store said it couldn’t be done and it came out gorgeous! We will definitely be using them for any of our jewelry needs and I would highly recommend them!
