Christine Avary After a few consultations with other jewelers, a friend recommended that we go to Kent because shed had great experiences with him. We were not disappointed. My husbands grandmother had recently passed away and prior to her passing, she had given him her wedding ring and band. My husband wanted to have part of her ring in his wedding band as well as having a ring made for me as well. Additionally, we didnt want my original engagement ring to go unused, so we wanted to use the gold from that band as well. Kent was able to do all of this and more. He let us show him inspiration pictures, and he created EXACTLY what we wanted. He was able to use all the gold, all the stones we wanted, make any and all changes we wanted, and did this all for an incredibly reasonable price. He understood the emotional attachment and sentiment behind this process which made us feel very comfortable. The other jewelers put pressure on us to pay a minimum of $2000, they would not use our gold, nor did it feel they would make this a personable experience. I would 100% recommend Kent to anyone and everyone. Hes insanely talented, easy to work with, and does a great job keeping in consistent communication with his clients.

In all seriousness, he took my wedding ring that had pretty much been destroyed and handed me back the same ring which looked EVEN BETTER than when my husband bought it at some high dollar jewelry store in Amarillo. I am still amazed at the outstanding job he did! I would recommend Joe to people from all over the Panhandle, state of Texas, or anywhere else. Yes, he is that good! Lulu P Southern Gem is so appropriately named, considering that the store is a true gem of Burleson. The store itself is beautiful- from the gorgeous fixtures and entry way chandelier, to the glass cases full of fine jewelry. Not to mention the store’s signature scent, that will appeal to your senses in a way that is not expected for a jewelry store. The ladies who work there are friendly and welcoming, offering help, a drink or snack while you browse or take advantage of the complimentary jewelry cleaning. Southern Gem did an amazing job on the repair of my wedding ring. I also had them make a duplicate of my wedding band and I can not tell which is the original and which is the new. My rings were returned to me in perfect condition and sparkling like I had not seen them sparkle in years. I highly recommend shopping here and utilizing their jeweler services. If you are looking for an amazing shopping experience for a gift or yourself, Southern Gem is the place!

I may have to dig it out and see if my larger hands can possibly wear it. But I can possibly share pi turrs of my current collection.
