5 /5 Savannah Sperry: Walked in after visiting all the other jewelry stores in the mall and was greeted by Dee. She was so patient, so kind, and was not pushy on anything. She made sure you got all the info you needed or wanted. It didn’t matter how many times you made her pick a ring and put others back, she had a smile on her face the whole time! We came in at almost closing time and that didn’t change anything for her. She didn’t try to rush us out. Keith was the manager and he was also very helpful! He took us into the diamond room and showed us everything about our ring. He was also very kind and patient with us! Both very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend helzberg diamonds over any of the other stores! Make sure you ask for Dee or Keith!
