I had a custom engagement ring made for my fiancé, and I felt very safe and respected by the owners and her family. A big shoutout to Julie the owner for making my vision come to life just through looking at the sketches I gave them. My fiancés engagement ring came out even better than I imagined! Marjorie Gant I had a small repair on a bracelet that I had. I brought it to Ambers and was waited on promptly. They filled out the invoice and told me what was due when I picked it up. During our initial consultation, she took such detailed notes that I didn’t even realize they were actually designing my ring—I thought we were just browsing. Later, my husband met with her one-on-one, and together they created the ring of my dreams. When he proposed, the ring was exactly as I had imagined—or even better! We recently returned to pick out a matching band, which perfectly completes the set. We’ll definitely be coming back for the third ring to finish the collection!

Ingeborg Tauber I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Adams/Manager of Dallas Gold $ Silver in Euless, TX, located on Airport Fwy/Industrial Blvd. in Euless, TX. Mr. Adams extended excellent Customer Service, which is hard to find these days, plus demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. I had two watches, both made and purchased in Europe that needed battery replacement and one needed adjustment to fit my wrist. The battery replacement and wrist adjustment was fixed on location. (Other stores would have sent the watches to another location, because they were made in Europe.) Mr. Adams customer service had no problems solving the repair by himself at the current location. Needless to say that I am a happy and extremely satisfied customer. Mr. Adams, you are recommended to my family, friends and anyone who reads this review.
