Miami M It was my first time ever walking into a Kendra Scott boutique. First of, the store was very clean & smelt so good & I was immediately greeted by Erica while she was closing a sale with another customer. I walked in & was complimented by Christian & asked if I needed help. I was there for an event Erica & Dee were hosting. The way the ladies work so well as a team & the treatment I received at this location was immaculate! I do wish in the future, because there were so many selections to have bigger ring sizes in store instead of having to wait to order, but other then that I had a fabulous experience with the staff at this location. Great job! Thank you again Erica & Dee! I will be back.

WealthLux International Realty Getting my daughter’s ears pierced for the first time at Lovisa jewelry was a truly pleasant experience. The two ladies who assisted us were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the process comfortable for my little one. They went above and beyond to ensure my baby felt at ease. To add a sweet touch, we treated her to a cookie and Boba afterward, creating a joyful memory. Lovisa offers great ear piercings along with exceptional customer care. Highly recommend for a positive and memorable experience.

P S Very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a watch battery put in a Seiko watch and my white gold wedding rings re-rhodiumed and cleaned. They have quick service at very reasonable prices.

Brenda Floyed I love Hartfield Designs! Shop has unique gifts and a wonderful friendly staff. I was there recently to have a necklace repaired. Beautiful work and a very reasonable price. This is probably not the best place to have jewelry repaired if you want it back immediately.

Trudy Heywood I dont know who the brain child was who designed the checkouts at the doors. Long lines on both sides. Had to wait about 20 minutes. I bought grommet top curtains. They have $20 dollar packaged pairs but they come in 84" long only. These worked on one window. The other window I had to buy 96" long which are too long, come in panels only, $40 each, but they are ok.

Tim Galligan Ive been getting Conchos from Michael for a number of years now. He is always professional and quite easy to work with. His work has always been outstanding. I highly recommend him.

J D I was in the area looking for a watch shop which is no longer, I pulled off and put in watch repair in maps and Sergios Jewelry came up, close by. They replaced bent pins on a vintage watch, and pulled off the keeper holder hoop off a band and put them on my existing watch. They did this all at no charge, it was very generous and greatly appreciated. FYI its just a $7.00 charge to change a watchband if you supply the band. They have an enormous selection of costume jewelry, from basic to dropping in bling! A must stop in for a repair or to shop next time you are in Casa Linda Plaza.

Jamie Blassingame I recently had my wedding band set repaired at this jewelry store. They explained what needed to be done and why, and when I received my repaired rings back the repair was well done and reasonable. They do take a bit of time because they have a lot of repairs but in my opinion done well is better than done fast.

Courtney Snyder The team was so kind and welcoming! I had never shopped KS before and I was nervous about sizing. Everyone was so nice and patient as a tried on different rings sizes (over and over again, haha). Thank you for your patience and kindness, flagship team!

Stephanie Maldonado When I lived in Texas, Gold Works came to be my only jeweler. Jesse was amazing. Not only for repairs, not only for great prices, not only for a great selection, but great ideas and customer service. Jesse helped me customize gifts for my husband, my father and my sons. My husband bought me gifts from Jesse as well. Even when my sons came of age, they bought from him as well. I wish we lived close enough, weve yet to find anyone as good or fair as Jesse in Gold Works. Highly recommend.
