Fredrik Sætre Outstanding Service and Beautiful Ring at Benchmark Jewelry I had an amazing experience at Benchmark Jewelry, thanks in large part to Gino, who helped me through the entire process. Gino was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me find the perfect ring. He made the whole experience feel personal and pressure-free, which I truly appreciated. The rest of the staff were also friendly and professional, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment. It’s clear that great customer service is a priority throughout the entire store. The ring I purchased exceeded my expectations—its beautifully crafted and exactly what I was looking for. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and I couldn’t be happier with both the experience and the purchase. Highly recommend Gino and the entire team at Benchmark Jewelry!

Jasmine Bayliss After I recommended this jewelry store on a local mom’s group, I realized I never left a review for the store here. I highly recommend Kim Ngoc for onsite jewelry repairs. They have repaired gold earrings and rings for me. The store admittedly looks sketchy from the outside with the bars on the windows, and you have to wait to be buzzed in. However, this Vietnamese jeweler has been here since the early ‘80s. Gold jewelry is sold by grams based on market price, and I’ve found the price to be good. Most of the negative reviews I’ve seen have been related to customer service. I think most of the brusqueness is the language barrier. My Vietnamese is basic so I just wait to speak English with the daughter, Thao, who is delightful. They fixed my jewelry onsite while I shopped (about 45 minutes). Before my ring was taken back, Thao verified the stone’s authenticity and she verified it again before she gave it back to me. I’ve been pleased with the repairs.

Layth Warman This place is so adorable. The owners are super sweet, there’s a little bit of everything. They have stickers, jewelry, collectible tools, shoes, belts, everything. I would come here everyday for a year and never get bored.

Lisa Garcia We went in yesterday around 5 when they would usually be open, but they were closed until Monday to finish repainting the shop. They were very hard at work painting but the owner was gracious enough to open up the door for my father who was in need of a last minute birthday gift. She was extremely accommodating and allowed us to purchase a ring! They even wrapped the gift for us. 10/10 would recommend purchasing form this jewelry shop

Billy Wise All i can say is...i wish i would have hired Monica and Roland of Estate Sale Services to do my parents estate sale. After going to their estate sale in a warehouse in Galveston, i was amazed at the knowledge and professionalism of this crew. Roland negotiated many a fair deal while keeping me entertained with his sense of humor....and just as impressive was Monicas expertise of vintage merchandise, quality of fabric, and her ability to know what i would like. Very impressed with this team. I cant wait til the next sale on Labor Day Weekend.

The variety of charms and all the possible designs are impressive. I highly recommend this store for anyone looking for beautiful and quality permanent jewelry.

Alena Salazar I went in to clean my Aggie ring which was horrendous. It was tarnished and was almost completely bronzed, and now it looks like the day I got it. I almost cried. AND IT WAS FREE!!!! The jeweler even let me try on engagement rings since I was window shopping while waiting for my ring (took 5 minutes to clean). He even educated me on what would best fit and what to look for. I was extremely pleased and grateful!!!

Craig Thompson Decent little pawn shop. They had a rather unique collection of fire arms that surprised me. The staff was very friendly and helpful although they did not have what I was looking for.
