christina charles I have been a JCPenney shopper for many years. I recently went shopping for some summer apparel at the local store and was disappointed with the collections in the department. I was hoping to find some good quality basic pieces, but either the tops looked like last years design or the fabric on some of the pieces made you question the buyers design sense. I am sure I am not the only shopper who feels that way. I have to compliment the sales staff, they are always the most helpful and very friendly.

He was very attentive to even the smallest details. Got it exactly an even better than what I wanted!!! Had small problem he called me instantly and resolved it. She lengthened my toddler’s bracelet (which we had bought from another vendor) for absolutely free when she outgrew it! She also made sure we had the exact jewelry we wanted by the time we left our mommy & me session with my daughter, her bestie, and her mom.

Kim Wood We were in Corpus for the weekend when we decided to stop in Samuels to take a look. We wanted to originally upgrade our wedding set but but when I saw these two rings that were just so beautiful…my husband talked me into them. When we got to the hotel after our purchase I noticed that I did not receive the certificate for one of the rings. The owner and Sayed said they would look for it and get it to us. My husband and I needed to return back home and said we could come back for it . After some exchanges in texts and calls we went back down the following weekend. The owner went out of his way and even brought in some additional diamonds for me to look at. I ended up switching out the original diamond I. The ring with a better diamond and was very happy. Both gentleman were very polite and respectable. My husband and I were very appreciative of their efforts and the quality of care we received. We will most definitely be back.

Sam Nemati The shop is a beautiful experience beholding amazing natural treasures. The store owner loves people and loves God! If you ever swing by, definitely chat with him and hear the amazing stories about how the rocks they sell came to be. We dont have enough of specialty shops like this in Longview, great place for finding unique gifts.

HoneyLeQueen I was looking to get my necklace tested for authenticity and ended up browsing through the store and found some nice pieces! Luis was very helpful and was able to tell me my silver necklace was indeed real. I also got an MCM bag for a great price. Overall super friendly and knowledgeable staff working there. Highly recommend!
