Amanda spoke to us and helped us as we were just browsing engagement rings with no idea what we were doing.She was so sweet and knowledgeable on the type of rings i would be interested. We decided to make an appointment for a more detail ring try out and are very happy. Thank you Amanda!

5 /5 Cassandra Rodriguez: Just picked up my necklace from getting the chain repaired. Repair was a little faster than expected and the quality is wonderful. I always have a great experience at this location. Whether I’m picking up a repair, getting a cleaning or just having a girls day with my daughters and window shopping. The staff and security guards are always very friendly and welcoming. My daughter loves getting served a cold coke making her feel like a princess, thank you for that! I’m horrible at remembering names but I have been helped by multiple people and while some may have been a little more peppy than others I’ve never had a negative experience.

5 /5 Tinker Bell: Oh, gosh! I took all of my BEAUTIFUL bridesmaids to Tiffanys in The Woodlands to try on GORGEOUS jewelry, and it was like a FAIRYTALE! What WONDERFUL people work there!!! We felt so pampered and adored! Thank you so much for your care on our special day!!!❤️

He showed us so many options and made it fun. We will most definitely be back! Thank you for the awesome experience.

2 /5 Shelley Conroy: Having just returned from NYC where I visited the flagship store and had THE best experience I just had to leave a review on my last visit to the Woodlands store. It was mediocre at best I walked in to pick up a gift I purchased for my friend and while I was waiting I looked around was totally ignored by two sales people having a conversation with each other and when I interrupted to ask a question about resizing my rings the sales ‘assistant’ rudely asked me if it was a Tiffany’s ring..??! What else would it be?? I really wanted to say it was from Zales tho just to see her face. I left with my gift and will probably not return to this particular store again. Rude and unprofessional.
