If your looking for that special something for the Veteran in your life or your a veteran and wanting to put together a shadow box. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! I cant stress enough how amazing these people are. I am building a memorium for my wifes grandfathers 5 kidsafyer his passing. The flag and shell casings from the 21 gun salute from the service went to their step mother so they didnt receive anything. The amazing people and shields of strength were so understanding of what I was trying to do and helped me find the perfect items to go with each flag. Thank yall so much and may God bless you and your business. I will definitely be going back for items for my shadow box.

Megan Spriggle Every time I walk into this location the associates greet me with such warmth! I love that every time I add something to my charm bracelet I get it back the same day or next day with my bracelet freshly clean, definitely my favorite location!!

Sherry Gaible James Avery never has a sale but they did offer a good deal on their charms. So, I gathered the three adopted granddaughters and had a shopping spree this hot afternoon. I have been coming up empty for their birthday and Christmas gifts the past year or so. Starting a charm bracelet or add on necklace is a great way for them to design their own gift. This JA store seems brand new, but the very personable and helpful store manager, Karen, said the store is actually five years old. Could have fooled me. We had Karen and her assistant Morgan"s full attention for a good part of the afternoon. The brilliantly lit glass cases, with sample charms, were so enticing, but the girls (11, 9 and 7) made wonderful decisions on their own. I hope this is a tradition that we can keep for years to come.

Perry Jefferies Took a fancy earring in with a scarily bent post. They fixed it while I waited, the gentleman was obviously very skilled. The woman at the front was super pleasant and understanding and it is clear they are a bonus for the community. We will return for new items and any future repairs. Highly recommended.

Nylah Barratt Brenda was amazing! She took great newborn pictures of my son and even recreated a specific picture I requested beautifully. She was gentle and very sweet! We will definitely be coming back to her for more pictures in the future.
