On first meeting Pascal and his wife Yvonne I knew I had chosen the perfect jeweler! He was so helpful and his design was all I had imagined and more! His attention to detail and his artistry in design resulted in an exquisite diamond wedding band that I will wear and cherish forever! Jasmine Bayliss After I recommended this jewelry store on a local mom’s group, I realized I never left a review for the store here. I highly recommend Kim Ngoc for onsite jewelry repairs. They have repaired gold earrings and rings for me. The store admittedly looks sketchy from the outside with the bars on the windows, and you have to wait to be buzzed in. However, this Vietnamese jeweler has been here since the early ‘80s. Gold jewelry is sold by grams based on market price, and I’ve found the price to be good. Most of the negative reviews I’ve seen have been related to customer service. I think most of the brusqueness is the language barrier. My Vietnamese is basic so I just wait to speak English with the daughter, Thao, who is delightful. They fixed my jewelry onsite while I shopped (about 45 minutes). Before my ring was taken back, Thao verified the stone’s authenticity and she verified it again before she gave it back to me. I’ve been pleased with the repairs.

He taught me a lot of gemstones and diamonds, took the time to teach me the basics all the way to the small and intricate details. I would definitely recommend people to ask for him as he takes all the time to explain, guide and show you all the gallery that they have. He even goes the extra mile to ask for constant feedback from the end user and provides additional help on giving you the best price. I would definitely return to have another conversation with him and gain more knowledge and experience with jewelry

He walked us through the entire process and explained everything clearly about the set. He gave us some great ideas too. I highly recommend Howard. I was able to customize mine and loved the hospitality and genuine care in each step to finding my forever ring! Also, I get to come in for free cleanings and get reminders from the team when I’m due for a cleaning and to make sure my ring is in tip top shape. No other place does it quite as well in Houson.
