Tiffany Guzman My sister and I had the pleasure of working with Nadine at Kay Jewelers while shopping for her engagement ring, and she was absolutely wonderful. Nadine guided us through the process with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. She had a lovely demeanor that made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. She took the time to listen to what my sister wanted, explained options clearly, and made sure we felt confident with every step of the decision. I also want to mention the gentleman who cleaned our gold chains—he did an amazing job and was so kind. Our chains looked brand new, and he made the experience even better with his helpful attitude. Overall, the staff here went above and beyond. I highly recommend asking for Nadine if you want someone who combines expertise with warmth!

Allison Newsom Cornwell My husband bought my engagement & wedding rings and we got his wedding ring here. We love our custom jewelry. My only complaint, if I have to find one, is their limited hours. We live out of town & are only in the Odessa area for holidays and/or weekends, and they are closed those times (which we totally get, hence not docking the review).

CC Ryder Sister was gifted with a pair of too fancy, opal earrings. She gifted me w/the set, but with an idea, I wanted to redesign the setting & gift her back. Lapidary Arts took pierced earrings w/mirage setting & turned them into a silver, threaded, dropped, caged setting. There was a miscommunication in the lab creating a delay, but Lapidary Arts made good on the correction. I was pleased with the price. Sister is very pleased with the look. I recommend this shop. Photos of original Mirage setting, test fit on myself, boxed new design with "U" connector, and frontal pic of happy sister.

We tweaked it a couple times until it perfectly matched the vision. I LOVE IT. You can choose from the many gorgeous things at the store or you can design your own.
