Castillo Hugo “Александр” Moe is a True Professional - Handled a Cherished Watch with Care! I came to Precious Jewelry Outlet with a vintage watch that belongs to my daughter. It’s a special piece to her, so I was nervous about finding someone to replace the battery. Moe was the gentleman who assisted me, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was incredibly knowledgeable and handled the older watch with the utmost care and precision. He had it running again in no time. My daughter was thrilled! We have been talking about this jewelry for a while and we finally made it. The esthetic was beautiful and the Lab coats add such a vibe to the environment. We were helped by Sunni and Claire who worked well together and explained all the process and the products. They were kind and considerate and very professional. We did not feel rushed or pressured in any way. These ladies are excellent staff who bring light to the location! Thank you for an amazing experience. We ended up with 2 gold bracelets and charms.
